Some Helpful Tips to Improve Everyday Life with PN

Removing Blood Stains: Hydrogen Peroxide on blood to dissolve it,
then wash with chemical free detergent.

Lowering PH of water: Turning the water more acidic to use as skin
wash, and astringent. Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate) added to water
lowers PH to become more acidic for washing. Adding quarter cup of Apple
Cider Vinegar to bath water lowers PH to become more acidic for
smoother softer skin.

External Bacteria: Wash with cold water to retain body oils. Then use
SeaBreeze Astringent (Yellow one which is antibacterial and
antifungal).

Internal Bacteria: Lactobacillus Acidophilus and other friendly
probiotics, good bacteria to fight off bad bacteria.

Detoxifying: Green Drinks, Parsley with water, lemon, trace minerals.
I've been taking a peeled lemon, and putting it into some tap water,
then bringing the water to a boil. Let the lemon slices sit on the
water the night before and then when you wake up, reheat the lemon
water and drink it. This is very alkalizing and has helped my skin.

Clean your vegetables and fruits with vinegar and water, 1 tablespoon
of vinegar per gallon of water. Soak them for 10 minutes to remove
pesticides. The are vegetable and fruit wash out there too.

Garlic, Ginger, Nettle, and Parsley can also help detoxify your
system. Include them in your meals when you can.

For itchy scalp, soak your scalp with apple cider vinegar for one
hour. Then rinsed it out and put a little bit of jojoba oil where it
feels dry. That will give you great relief.

Use zinc oxide ointment to help heal the cuts. For scarring, use
natural vitamin E oil to speed up the healing of the scars. To help
fade the scar marks, you can use Hydroquinone Cream 6%, and or Kojic
Acid. Both are equally effective. If you have darker pigmented skin,
then it will be more difficult to fade the scars as these products
are best used with lighter pigmented people.

For Showers, just use water without any harsh soap like cleansers
since they tend to be alkalized products that dry your skin. After a
quick cool shower, dry yourself off first. Then if you have acidic
water, produced from Alkaline Ionized Water, use the acidic water on
a cloth towel to wipe down your entire body with acidic water. For
those who don't have acidic water, you can mix tap water with some
Apple Cider vinegar and or epsom salt to make the water more acidic.
Proportions to be determined by what feels best for your skin. The
dryer your skin, the more acidic the water should be since human skin
is naturally slightly acidic.

A lemon water fast for a maximum of 4 days can help the body cleanse itself.
Talk to you doctor to see if you are healthy enough to do a four day fast
before you start.

Instead of using regular soap to bath, which is too alkaline and may dry out
your skin some more, use pure glycerin to bath as a soap substitute. It will
help maintain the acidic mantle for your skin, keeping it moisturized, thereby
reducing the itch.
