Wear cotton, avoid polyester  --I found 100% cotton with a light texture is best for me when my PN was at its worst. Polyester is a big no-no for me.

Smooth cotton sheets, avoid flannel  --When my PN was it its worse, I couldn't use flannel sheets. They had a tendency to grip to my scars and make my itching more intense. Smooth cotton sheets with an even surface was/is the best for my PN.
